乳中掺尿素快速检测方法影响因素的探索
Study on the Influencing Factors for Rapid Detection Methods of Urea Adulteration in Milk

Abstract
[Objective]The aim of this study was to identify and reject the adulteration and abnormal raw milk in which water as well as urea was added to increase the protein content and density by some of the illegal milk suppliers. [Method] The present study selected the reagent concentration, dosage, and mix proportion in detecting urea adulteration in milk ( Griess method). With test - tube detection method of different concentrations of urea - milk was compared. \ Result] The results showed that 1% 0. A mL dose of sodium nitrite solution, griess reagent usage for 0. 2 g, amount of concentrated sulfuric acid is lml, milk urea - doped test results was more obvious The minimum detected quantity of urea is 0. 04%. It is convenient and quick to detect milk urea - doped. [ Conclusion ] The results proved that the sensitivity of this new quick - test method Is high, convenient, and cost -saving. It can be applied at railk collection station and milk detection agencies as well.关键词
