摘要

Abstract

[ Objective ] In order to evaluate chilling resistance of three Xinjiang ephemeral species, Lachnoloma lehmannii Bunge, Malcolmia scorpioides (Bunge) Boiss and Alyssum dasycarpum Steph. ex Willd, some physiological -biochemical indexes connected with chilling resistance under 4CC stress treatment were studied. [Method] Relative conductance, contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) , free proline, soluble protein, soluble sugar and the changes of activities of protective enzymes were studied after 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15,18,21 and 24 h under 4t stress treatment. The chilling resistance of three species was identified by method of subordinate function. [ Result ] The results showed every index had the same trend, they all increased along with the increase of stress time. But the rate of change was different among the three species. Subordinate function analysis indicated the order of chilling resistance from high to low was; Malcolmia scorpioides > Lachnoloma lehmannii > Alyssum dasycarpum. Analysis indicated single index couldnt reflect chilling resistance accurately. Among these indexes, relative conductance, contents of MDA, contents of free proline, soluble sugar and the changes of activities of protective enzymes were available indexes to evaluate chilling resistance of ephemeral species.
