TiO2纳米刺球制备和表征
Synthesis and Characterization of TiO2 Nano-acanthosphere
摘要
Abstract
The novel synthesis of nano-acanthosphere via etching method was developed. The uniform spherical TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized via sol-gel method,and the prepared TiO2 nanoparticles were centrifuged to be separated from ethanol,followed by dispersing in water,and etching by NaBH4 under PVP protection for 61 h at 60 'C to produce TiO2 nano-acanthosphere. In addition, the etching method was also applied to synthesize Au@SiO2@TiO2 hybrid nanospheres. By means of SEM, DLS, TEM and XRD methods,the structure and properties of nano-acanthosphere formed from spherical nanoparticles were characterized and the etching mechanism was inquired. The reported etching method is rather facile,its mild and easy controllable reaction condition make it readily up-scalable for fabrication of TiO2/TiO2 outer shell -based hybrid nano-acanthosphere.关键词
