摘要
Abstract
Deep discussion on melanin affecting dog coat color, and allelic loci was carried out. Phenotype and genotype as well as genetic knowledge of alleles including B, b, E and e were known well. So, pedigree and coat color of offspring were used to make sure parent animal coat color genotype, anticipating breeding was done on Labrador dog coat color, and ratio of offspring coat color could be forecasted. Through discussion on modified gene of pigment, particular change of Labrador dog was understood.关键词
