陕北地区鸡新城疫免疫监测及分析
Surveillance of Newcastle Disease Immunization in Shanbei Area
摘要
Abstract
Taking Shenmu county as an example prevention situation of Newcastle disease (ND) and weak point in Shanbei area was introduced. 346 serum samples were collected from chicken farms and live poultry markets, and then the NDV specific hemagglutination inhibition titter was tested by Standard method. The results demonstrated that ND was poorly immunized in commercial laying hens" farm, qualification rate was 69. 6%, moreover, immune problems also existed in breeding chicken farms. Thus, more attention should be paid in the future prevention of IQD.关键词
