Design of a phase-sensitive detect circuit used in fluxgate
摘要
Abstract
With the miniaturization and intelligentization development of the sensors, the computing circuit of fluxgate signal has transformed to microchip from traditional separated components and PCBs. For the purpose of miniaturization, this paper presents an analog multiplying unit employing a Gilbert cell and.its bias circuit to realize the function of phase-sensitive detect. The circuit is implemented in 0.6 μm BiCMOS process. The simulation and verification results based on the Hspice show that the zero position keeps stable when the temperature changes from -10 ℃~+50 ℃; the output DC component keeps below 3 mV when DC, fundamental harmonic(l kHz) and the third harmonic pass the circuit, indicating significant inhibition effect of the circuit on odd harmonics.关键词
