Development, Predicament and Future of Gender Equality Theory
摘要
Abstract
Different gender equality theories appeared in history, which have made their contributions to push forward women＇s liberation. However, these different gender equality theories themselves have shortcomings which hinder the realization of the goal of gender equality. It has become pressing to break the predicament of gender equality theory. The ways to break it are： firstly, the right of freedom should be entitled to individual women~ secondly, mandatory rules should be stipulated to eliminate gender op- pression with power of the state in fields of family violence, rape, sexual harassment, and etc. ~ thirdly, the active involvement of males should be encouraged to promote the gender equality goal and realize the harmonious development between the two genders.关键词
