Influences of Cigarette Maker Type on Tobacco Breakage
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the influences of cigarette makers of different types on tobacco breakage during cigarette manufacturing, the changes of cut tobacco size distribution before and after cigarette manufacturing in PROTOS, PASSIM and SUPER9 cigarette makers were analyzed respectively. The degrees of breakage were calculated by means of characteristic size of cut tobacco. The results showed that: 1) for cut tobacco of the same blend, the makers in the order of cut tobacco shattering degree were PASSIM＜PROTOS＜SUPER9;2) for the same cigarette maker, the cut tobacco of different blends was shattered at different degrees, which was higher for the blend with high proportion of cut strips and low proportion of cut stem.关键词
