常压氯化铵焙烧法提取镍磷铁中的镍
Recovery of Nickel in the Nickel-phosphorus Iron with NH4 Cl Roasting Treatment under Atmospheric Pressure
摘要
Abstract
NH4Cl roasting treatment was used to deal with nickel-phosphorus iron and extract the nickel in the Fuquan phosphate fertilizer plant. The influence of mass ration of ammonium chloride and nick- el-phosphorus iron ore, baking temperature and baking time process conditions etc on Nickel-phosphorus iron ore leaching effect of chlorination roasting is researched. The result shows that the leaching rate is 86.19% under the condition of nickel flooded 5 minute at room temperature, the calcination temperature of 773K, the roasting time of 15 min, ammonium chloride and mineral aggregate ratio of 0. 8:1.0.关键词
