摘要
Abstract
A high carbon - bearing lead - zine- raw ore in a beneficiation plan) is of high zinc and low lead content, and high oxidation ralio of lead and zinc, under the interference from carbon, the reagents consumption resulted from carbon absorption is very high, therefore, the targets for mixed flotation technology are low. Based on a focused research on separation condition of carbon, lead and zinc, and their reagent system, the new preferential flotation technology of the above mentioned ore in low - alkali pulp and the improvement to its local technological process have been put forward. The enlarged test in the beneficalion plant proves that the concentrate quality and recovery have been improved remarkably by adopting the proposed technology comparing with the original technology, which eftectively solves ibe technical problems on low targets of mixed flotation. In addition, the good economical and social benefits have been obtained due to its better adaptability, low reagent consumption and outstanding energy - saving effect. The technology provides reliable technological data for developing and utilizing carbon - containing lead - zinc polymetallic ores.关键词
