Abstract
The influencing factors of the (ensile ratio of hot-rolled steel plate for high-rise buildings were studied by analyzing practical production data and by metallographic microscope and a scanning electron microscope. The results show that along with an increasing thickness of steel plate, the yield strength decreases, the tensile strength rises slightly, and the tensile ratio remarkably declines; the tensile strength rises faster than the yield strength with an increase of carbon content, the tensile ratio reduces; the yield strength, tensile strength and tensile ratio rise with the increasing of Manganese and Silicon content; As the rolling temperature and initial cooling temperature raise, the yield strength and tensile ratio drop obviously, while the tensile strength has a small fall. In addition, the increase of the yield Strength is more obvious than that of the tensile strength because of the grain refining, and the tensile ratio can be also significantly improved.关键词
