摘要
Abstract
Low formaldehyde stiffening agent TF-632 was applied in stiffening finish of polyester fabric. The optimal finishing process of TF-632 was investigated. The results showed that the finished fabric had general effect under the following conditions: TF-632 40 g/L,catalyst TF-630C 8 g/L,curing at 200 ℃ for 60 s. The bending resistance length could reach 45.1 mm,and the dosage of free formaldehyde content on fabric surface could be controlled at 51 mg/kg,and the fabric surface yellowing a little. TF-632 can also be applied as crosslinking agent in water proofing finish,which can improve the washing durability and water pressure resistance of water proofing agent.关键词
