摘要

Abstract

Objective To comparatively study the chemical constituents of valerian oil which were extracted with different extraction methods. Methods Valerian oil was separated from valerian by CO2 supercritical fluid extraction or steam distillation extraction. Qualitative study on components and comparison of relative contents were carried out by GC-MS. Results A total of 118 chemical constituents were identified, 98 kinds were obtained and identified via a CO2 supercritical fluid extraction,67 kinds were through steam distillation extraction,among which 47 kinds of constituents were the same. The yield of valerian oil which was extracted by CO2, supercritical fluid extraction was 1.8 times of that by the steam distillation extraction. Conclusion The results show that CO2 supercritical fluid extraction is more suitable for separating valerian oil.
