摘要

Abstract

With regard to the problem that the trawler has inefficient propulsion, bad maneuverability and poor energy saving effects, the paper focuses on the design and composition of Chinas first independently designed electric propulsion trawler control system. An integrated control system is constitutive of electric propulsion control system, power management system, engine room monitoring-alarm system and network communication technology via frequency conversion, digitalization and automatic control technologies that are applied to the ship. In this way, the diesel engine could be always running at high load working area in spite of various operation duties, therefore the goal is achieved of energy conservation, environmental protection, improving maneuverability , mobility, reliability, propulsive efficiency of the propulsion system and the automatic management of the power supply system. Now the corresponding trawler has been built and applied to fishery production , its control system is reliable and stable, multifarious indices all satisfy the requirements of the design.
