Research Status and Existing Problems in China Beef Quality Tracing System
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,China's food security problems not only damaged the normal function of the market and competition order seriously, but also affected the confidence of the people on the consumption of beef products. The outbreak of bovine foot and mouth disease, mad cow disease and clenbuterol poisoning make beef quality and safety concerned by consumers around the world. Beef is the mainstream animal product having the vast number of consumers. How to protect its safety and quality is an important subject for all levels of government, beef cattle enterprises and research institutes. Therefore, the establishment of beef quality tracing system,not only meet consumer's demand for safe and high quality beef,but also will greatly improve the international competition level and modernization of China's livestock production.关键词
