摘要
Abstract
The finite element membrane unit was used to simulate the silk screen. Then the load distribution of the tension meter was simplified according to its working principle and a silk stress state model was established under the combined action of silk and silk tension meter. ANSYS was used for simulation analysis to obtain the influence of silk size and the location of the measuring point in silk tension measurement, thus providing supporting data to use the silk tension meter properly. Finally, it was compared with the actual tension measurement results. They are consistent with each other and verifies the correctness of the simulation analysis.关键词
