摘要
Abstract
Through the study of process capability index and the process of the nonconforming rate, it pointed out that these were two closely related but different concepts. They, from different perspectives, describe the process of quality ability. The good rate of unqualified products was a good process ability, which was a necessary condition to improve the quality level. People could not rest satisfied with the rate of qualified products basically. People should also find the problem, analyze fluctuation reasons, eliminate the effect, and develop them into sandards.关键词
