Abstract
Objective: To research the relationships among personality disorder symptoms and suicide attitudes and suicide ideation in college students. Methods: A total of 230 college students were randomly sampled and evaluated by the personality diagnostic questionnaire(PDQ+4), the scale of public attitudes about suicide(SPAS) and the Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation (BSI-CV). Results: ①The group with suicide ideation get significantly higher scores in paranoid, schizoid, antisocial, borderline, dependent, passive-aggressive, and depressive sub-scales of PDQ+4 than the group without suicide ideation; ②The group with suicide ideation get significantly lower scores in the difficulty in preventing suicide and the extent to which suicide is outside the individual's personal control factor, and significantly higher score in the social importance of suicide to the community factor of SPAS than the group without suicide ideation; ③A11 subscale scores of PDQ+4 negatively correlated with the SPAS's factor scores of difficulty in preventing suicide and the extent to which suicide is outside the individual' s personal control, and positively correlated with the factor score of social importance of suicide to the community. Conclusion: Personality disorder symptoms were closely related with suicide ideation in college students, and some irrational suicide attitudes might have a mediating effect between personality disorder symptoms and suicide ideation.关键词
