高等农业院校经管类专业创业型人才内涵和培养模式研究
On the Connotation of Entrepreneurial Talents and their Cultivation Model of Economic and Management Departments in Agricultural Universities
摘要
Abstract
The entrepreneurial talents from economic and management departments in higher agriculture colleges are the professional talents who identify themselves with the value of entrepreneurship in the development of modern agriculture and rural area,worship enterprising spirit,have entrepreneurship ideals,have a good mastery of certain entrepreneurship knowledge and skills as well as some agriculture industry related knowledge and possess the capability to practice agriculture related entrepreneurship activities.According to these basic requirements of entrepreneurial talents,combining major features and resource superiorities,and counting on the agriculture related university-industry collaboration,higher agriculture colleges should build the cultivation model of entrepreneurial economic and management talents,a model that is based on entrepreneurship initiation and knowledge education,highlights entrepreneurship thoughts development and skill cultivation,and takes the agriculture related enterprising practice as orientation.关键词
