医务社会工作者在社区卫生服务中的作用评价研究
Evaluation on Functions by Medical Social Workers in Community Health Services

Abstract
Objective To investigate the functions of medical social workers in community health services. Methods Ten medical social workers employed by Yuetan community health services center, after specially training, had been worked respectively with 7 community services stations under the Yuetan centers. Before and after the training, the medical staff's satisfaction on their working condition, attitude and ability was investigated, and so the community residents' satisfaction on their working attitude, and their contents and quality of service was done. Results Through training and practice, the medical social workers significantly improved their awareness of the contents of " Medical Social Worker Manual" , knowledge relative to community health services and medical health care ( P < 0. 05 ). The satisfaction of the medical staff was significantly improved about their health records management, assistant to scientific researches, health education organizations, coordination of public welfare work, medical knowledge, and overall working quality, with a statistically significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ). The community residents' satisfaction on their working attitude, service content and quality was also increased, with a statistically significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Medical social workers can become a supplementary force in community health service institutions through training and learning, it is well worth popularization.关键词
