摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the accordance of antimicrobial selection for community elderly patients with urinary tract infection with drug sensibility test so as to guide clinical medication. Methods The data of 74 community elderly patients with urinary tract infection in our hospital from January to December of 2011 were retrospectively analyzed about the positivi-ty culture results of middle segment urine samples, investigating the accordance between choice of antibacterial drugs and result of drug sensitivity. Results There were 25 cases ( 33. 8% ) whose use of antibacterial drugs was in accordance with drug sensitivity results, and 49 ( 66.2% ) was not. Among the 25 consistent cases, 20 got effect and 5 did not, with an effective rate of 80. 0% ; while among the 49 non - consistent cases, 25 got effect and 24 did not, with an effective rate of 51. 0% . The difference between the two was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion It needs to pay attention that the pathogenic mi-crobacteria of community elderly patients with urinary tract infection are of poor sensibility to commonly used antibiotics, and the therapeutic drugs prescribed by community doctors are of lower accordance rate to drug sensibility test.关键词
