Experience with Carrying Out Community Pharmaceutical Care and Its Working Methods

Abstract
In the paper we retrospect the conditions of carrying our the community pharmaceutical care by pharmacists of our hospital, and summarize the complete contents and methods so as to provide a reference for promoting development of community pharmacy services. To carry out community pharmaceutical care service well, pharmacists in primary hospitals should actively participate in clinical and community work by giving drug counseling, education on medication, evaluation of prescription, interaction and adverse reaction of drugs, communication between physician and pharmacists, and communication between doctors and patients.关键词
