摘要
Abstract
Orthostatic hypertension and orthostatic hypotension have important correlation with stroke, diabetes, hypertension and coronary heart disease. Very few studies have been carried out and standardized guidelines short. Ignorance and misdiagnoses often occur clinically due to their latent onsets and low awareness rate. This paper reviews the latest progress in their mechanism, classification, harm, influencing factors and treatment. The end of the article, we put forward the confusion of treatment for hypertention combined orthostatic hypotension and the needs to be further improved.关键词
