高校教职工体检人群高血压危险因素的病例对照研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevalence and the main risk factors of hypertension among the a college staff population. Methods Based on the data of health check - up in our university in 2011, a case - control study enrolling 1308 hypertensive patients was performed. The prevalence of hypertension in the selected population was calculated and the risk factor of hypertension was analyzed with single and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results The overall prevalence of hypertension among staff members in our university was 34. 38 % , and multivariate logistic analysis showed that age, body mass index ( BMI), waist circumstance, fasting blood glucose ( FBG ), serum uric acid ( UA ) and triacylglycerol ( TG ) were the risk factors for hypertension, while female sex and physical exercise were protective factors. Conclusion Age, BMI, waistline, FBG, Serum UA and TG are the independent risk factors for hypertension among the staff members in our university.关键词
