替吉奥联合紫杉醇二线化疗方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效观察
S-l Combined with Paclitaxel as Second-line Chemotherapy for Advanced Gastric Cancer

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and toxicity of S - 1 combined with paclitaxel as second - line chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer ( AGC ). Methods Twenty - eight AGC patients, admitted to Cancer Center from June 2010 to August 2011, were given S - 1, orally, 40 ~60 mg/time ( based on body surface area ), 2 times/d, on days 1 ~ 14; paclitaxel injection 175 mg/m2 , added with sodium chloride solution, 500ml, iv gtt 3 h, on day 1. One course was 21 d. Every patient had at least 2 courses, and effects evaluated every 2 courses. Results All patients had follow - ups ( median time: 9. 3 months ) and 2 ~6 - course treatment ( median: 4. 3 courses ). No patients had complete remission, 13 had partial, 10 had stable condition, 5 had disease progression, the objective response rate was 13/28. Time of progression was 4. 7 ~ 5. 7months, median 5. 2. Life span 6. 8 ~ 8. 6 months, median 7. 7. The main adverse reactions included bone marrow suppression, hair loss, gastrointestinal reactions and allergic reactions. No patients discontinued treatment due to adverse events, no death was related to treatment. Conclusion S - 1 combined with paclitaxel, an effective and tolerable second - line chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer, is worth clinical application.关键词
