微柱凝胶技术在新生儿溶血病抗体检测中的应用研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of microcolumn gel test in antibody detection of hemolytic disease of newborn ( HDN ). Methods Blood samples were collected from 62 newborn patients manifesting clinically as hyper-bilirubinemia and diagnosed as HDN, using respectively microcolumn gel test and traditional test tube to perform direct anti -globulin test, free antibody test and antibody elution test. Results Using microcolumn gel test, anti - globulin test positive was detected in 54 patients ( 87. 1% ), free antibody test positive in 56 ( 90. 3% ), antibody elution test positive in 59 ( 95. 2% ); using test tube, in 42 ( 67. 7% ), 48 ( 77. 4% ), 52 ( 83. 9% ), respectively. There was significant difference ( x2 = 6. 64, P = 0.01; x2=3. 86, P=0. 04; x2=4. 21, P = 0. 04 ). Conclusion Microcolumn gel test, superior to traditional test tube in sensitivity, easy to operate with stable results and repeatability, is worth promoting to apply in clinical laboratory.关键词
