缺血性脑卒中二级预防中血脂调控现状分析
Present Situation Analysis of the Blood Lipid Control in Secondary Prevention for Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Objective To analyze the present situation of the blood lipid control in secondary prevention for ischemic stroke. Methods 176 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from May 2010 to January 2011 were randomly selected. The understanding of blood lipid control was investigated by questionnaires and the awareness rate of blood lipid control, basic treatment rate and control rate between patients of rural areas and urban areas were compared. Results The overall awareness rate was 18. 2% (32/176), the overall basic treatment rate was 5. 1% (9/176) and the overall control rate was 0. 6% (1/176). The awareness rate of blood lipid control and basic treatment rate in rural group showed statistically significant differences compared with those of the patients in urban group (12. 9% vs 25. 3% , 2. 0% vs 9. 3% , P <0. 05), but the control rate of the two groups showed no statistically significant difference (P > 0. 05) . Conclusion The understanding of blood lipid control is significantly insufficient in patients with ischemic stroke, especially patients in rural areas. Prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia should be enhanced to reduce the recurrence rate of stroke.关键词
