Abstract
With the aging of population, the increase of stroke patients and their needs for rehabilitation and with the improvement of medical conditions in rural areas, general hospital treatment has been unable to meet the needs of the society. Therefore, establishing rehabilitation model in rural areas by imitating community-based rehabilitation model is particularly important In the exploring course of establishing stroke rehabilitation model in rural areas, we have built four-level stroke rehabilitation model on the basis of disability rehabilitation network, achieving satisfactory results through its economical, effective , convenient features.关键词
