静注人免疫球蛋白治疗手足口病合并脑炎患儿的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of IVIG in the treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth diseases complicated with viral encephalitis by observing the changes of IL-6 and IL-12 before and after treatment Methods 88 children with hand, foot and mouth disease complicated viral encephalitis admitted to our hospital from May 2010 to August 2011 were randomly divided into control group (44 cases) and observation group (44 cases) .The control group was given treatments of anti-virus, decreasing intracranial pressure, detoxicating, hormone and antipyretic.While the observation group was given IVIG 1.0 g/kg each time for two times in a row in addition to the treatment of the control group.The efficacy, consciousness recovery time and fever duration were observed in the two groups, and the levels of IL-6 and IL-12 were detected before and after treatment.Results The efficacy after ten days of treatment between the two groups showed statistically significant difference (P < 0.05) .The consciousness recovery time and fever duration of the observation group were both significantly shorter than those of the control group (P <0.05) .The levels of IL-6 and IL-12 between the two groups before treatment showed no statistically significant difference (P >0.05) .After treatment, the levels of IL-6 and IL-12 of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05) .Conclusion The IVIG combined with routine treatment can achieve satisfactory efficacy in the treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth diseases complicated with viral encephalitis, and it can also adjust the levels of IL-6 and IL-12, making it applicable in clinic.关键词
