摘要
Abstract
This paper reported a case of acute intoxication of Thallium and the relevant literature reviewed.The route and mechanism of intoxication, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment were analyzed.Acute intoxication of thallium had following clinical features: digestive canal was the common path of intoxication; its mechanism was correlated with competitive inhibiting kalium ion, combination of hydrosulfide, changed liposome membrane properties, damaged mitochondrial function; digestive tract symptom, peripheral nerve disease and alopecie were its typical triad; blood purification and oral Prussian blue were the main detoxification methods.关键词
