土地投入对中国经济增长的影响
Study on the Influence of Land Investment on Regional Economic Growth
摘要
Abstract
This paper uses, spatial econometric methods lo set the spatial weight matrix, from both geographical and economic characteristics. Baaed on CD production function, panel data model is build to study the influence of land investment to economic growth in China and different regions of it during 1999 - 2008. Results show that: ① The spatial Durbin model has good robustness and its estimation result is more reliable than the normal panel model if we take into account of the spatial correlation of both economic growth and the investment element.② The investment of land has a significant contribution to China' s economic growth, and the contribution rale is 36. 63% . ③ The overflow effect of land investment is fai less than the capital and labor investment, and correlation coefficient index of the land investment is 0. 069. Correlation coefficient index of the capital and labor investment are 0. 337 and 0.503, respectively. ④ The contribution rate of land is inversely proportional to the economic level, and the eastern has the rate of 23. 21 % . The central and the western are 51.47% and 54. 61% ,respectively- The paper drew following conclusions; ① Land policy should give priority to capital and labor investment, through spatial spillovers, to improve the utilization of land use and the development of regional economics. ② The land policy of different regions should be different; the eastern region should increase the degree of intensive utilization of land to get the steady development, the central region must he strictly controlled the land investment in order to change the way of developing, and the western region still need to rely on the land investment to drive rapid social-economic growth.关键词
