农民分化对农户农地流转意愿的影响研究
Impact of Farmer Differentiation on Farm Households Willingness in Farmland Transference

Abstract
Farmland transfer is an effective way for resolving the land utilization of making the land smaller and smaller, and leaving the land unused in our country. It is very important to raise the efficiency of farmland utilization, accelerate the adjustment of agricultural structure and increase the income of the farmers. The farmers are the main provider of land, and their inclination and behavior have a direct impact on the transference of farmland. However, farmers have been differentiated into different stratums, and this inevitably has impact on farmland transference So, based on the data of farm household survey, this paper employs the ordered Probit and Structural Equation Model to empirically analyze the impact of farmer differentiation on farm households' willingness in farmland transference. The quantitative results show that features of farmer differentiation passes the significant test at the level of 5% , and the feature of when farmer differentiation advances one unit, the probability of willingness of farmland transference will increase 0. 634 unit, Between the two observahle variables that reflect the degree of farmer differentiation, the degree of vocational and when economic differentiation advances one unit, the probability of willingness of farmland transference will increase 21. 1% and 36. 4% respectively. In addition, among the observable variables that reflect the other latent variables; age, education, non-agncultural career skill, numbers of agricultural labor, recognition of stability of farmland property rights, the function of farmland in old-security and participation in social pension all have remarkable positive effect. Based on the above conclusions, corresponding policy implications are put forward.关键词
