黄河流域经济发展与水资源匹配状况分析
Analysis of the Matching Status Between Economic Development and Water Resources in the Yellow River Basin

Abstract
How to achieve the sustainable utilization of water resources of the Yellow River Basin and keep its health is one of the key issues that attracted considerable attention of the central government of China and research communities in different fields. By using the regional Gini coefficient method, this paper analyzes the matching status between economic development and water utilization, water and cultivated land resource, and agricultural labor force at municipal level of the Yellow River Basin. The results indicate that the regional Gini coefficients between agricultural water use and GDP, and between industrial water use and GDP are 0. 354 2 and 0.344 3, respectively, indicating that the matching status between economic development and water utilization is reasonable. The matching status between the cultivated land resource and agricultural labor supply is also acceptable, with an estimated Gini coefficient of 0.298 2. However, the Gini regional coefficients between water resources and cultivated land resource and between water resources and agricultural labor supply are high at 0. 803 1 and 0.777 2, respectively, which shows an extremely poor matching status for each pair. Policy implications are analyzed.关键词
