摘要
Abstract
A third emulsion, prepared by the interface technoloty was researched based on the DHA and ARA in the oil and powder. In infant formula milk powder production process, the first step was the preparation of emulsions, including dissolution of wall material→emu DHA and ARA homogenized preparation of a good emulsion. Then added the emulsion prepared in the first step into the infant formula batching system, including emulsion → ingredients → cut → homogenized → encapsulation → concentrated milk→spray drying→finished product. The formula could be realized through two steps of production, its significance was improving the "fishy smell" problem that often appeared in the formula. The method needed simple equipment and suitable for large-scale production-oriented enterprises' continuous production.关键词
