Abstract
Aiming at the technological requirements and difficulties of continuous production of melamine foams, the industrial production processing was determined by experiment, and the specifications of reacting twin-screw extruder for melamine foams was determined by calculation. In order to meet the demands of quick homogenization of different viscosity components and quick removal of the reaction enthalpies, the special barrels and elements for reacting twin-screw extruders were designed. The technological processing and design of reacting twin-screw extruders were proved to be feasibility by industrial production.关键词
