新疆部分地区羊源性产气荚膜梭菌的分离及其主要毒力基因的检测
Isolation of Clostridium perfringens from sheep and detection of its major toxin genes in part of Xinjiang

Abstract
To understand the prevalent toxin types of Clostridium perfringens in disease sheep in part of Xinjiang,strains were isolated from samples collected from suspected cases.The A,B,C,D toxin types were determined by multi-PCR,and their beta2 toxin gene and enterotoxin gene were cloned by PCR.In result,the toxin types of A,B and D accounted for 66.67%(26/39),2.56%(1/39)and 30.77%(12/39)in 39 isolates,respectively.Additionally,the positive rate of cpb2 gene was 66.67%(26/39),in which type A strains accounted for 42.31%,and type D strains accounted for 100%.The positive rate of cpe gene was 51.28%(20/39),in which type A strains accounted for 50%,and type D accounted for 58.33%.The positive rate of both cpb2 and cpe genes was 38.46%(15/39).The analysis provided information for prevention and control of C.perfringens.关键词
