36小时完全睡眠剥夺对青年的客体和自我心理旋转能力的影响:事件相关电位研究
Event-related potentials study of 36 h total sleep deprivation on ability of object and self mental rotation in young adults
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the differential effect of 36 h total sleep deprivation (TSD) on object and self mental rotation in young adults. Methods: Twelve young healthy soldiers were recruited in the study and completed object and self mental rotation tests just before and after 36 h TSD. The event-related potentials were recorded when they did tests and the latency and amplitude of P500 was analyzed. Results: In object rotation, compared with before TSD, after TSD 36 h the P500 amplitude in normal did not show significant difference (P >0. 05), the P500 amplitude in mirror was significantly lower [(6. 2 ±2. 4) μV vs. (7. 1 ±2. 6) μV, P <0. 05], and P500 latencies in normal [(475. 1 ±24.4) ms vs. (463.4 ±24.2) ms] and mirror [(486.3 ±23. 1) ms vs. (475.4 ±22.4) ms] were both significantly longer (ft <0. 05). In self rotation, compared with before TSD, after TSD 36 h the P500 amplitudes in left hand [(5. 2 ±2. 4) μV vs. (7. 6 ±2.5) μV] and right hand [(5.6+2.3) μV vs. (7.7 ±2. 2) μV] were both significantly lower (P <0. 05), and P500 latencies in left hand [ (533. 8 ± 36. 1) ms vs. (503. 7 ±29. 4) ms] and right hand [(522. 6 ± 35. 3) ms vs. (501. 4 ± 34. 1) ms] were both significantly longer (P < 0. 05). Compared with before TSD, the delay value of latencies and reduced value of amplitudes in object rotation were significantly lower than those in self rotation after TSD 36 h (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: It suggests that 36 h total sleep deprivation may harm the ability of mental rotation in a certain extent in young soldiers, and the extent of the damage in the ability of object rotation is less than self rotation's. It is necessary to be distinguished on different types of tasks and be controlled in the sleep deprivation time in the task with sleep deprivation.关键词
