香菇多糖对烟草灰霉病的防治效果研究
In vitro and in vivo biological control effect of lentinan against tobacco grey mould( Botrytis cinerea)

Abstract
Growth rate method and hyphal piece of inoculation method were used to determin effects of lentinan (LTN) on hyphal growth of pathogenic fungi, spore germination, seed germination, and seedlings growth in Nicotiana Tobac-cum, and greenhouse control effects of LTN to tobacco grey mould. Results showed that LTN displayed better suppression against 7 pathogenic fungi, of which 1% LTN had the best control activity against tobacco grey mould with 39. 45mm inhibition zoon. It was found that LTN induced morphological changes in tobacco grey mould characterized by enlarged hyphae, abnormal shapes, etc. The conidial germination of Botrytis cinerea treated by LTN was 97. 63% , with spores' teratogenic rate of 53. 68%. LTN also showed promoting effect on tobacco seed germination. Poted experiment showed that control effects of 1%LTN against tobacco grey mould reached 85. 05%.关键词
