Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To put forward the definition and content of evidence-based pharmacy and the principle of the decisions of clinical pharmacotherapy, and to promote safe and effective clinical drug use. METHODS: By reviewing related literatures and based on the practice of oncology clinical pharmacy practice, the significance and application of the principles and methods of evidence-based pharmacy were interpreted in respect of the collection of pharmacy information, evaluation of drug use, rational drug use, etc. RE-SULTS&CONCLUSIONS: Evidence-based pharmacy contributes to guiding oncology clinical pharmacists, collecting drug information and making a reasonable assessment of effectiveness, safety and economy of drugs to improve individual therapy of tumor patients.关键词
