“差序格局”与“团体格局”对村级卫生人力资源配置的影响研究——基于北京市M县的实地观察分析
Influence of the "Difference Sequence Pattern" and "Group Structure Pattern" on the Allocation of Rural Health Human Resources——Based on Field Observation in M District in Beijing
摘要
Abstract
The institutional arrangements, and policy requirements in the allocation of rural health human resources based on " group structure pattern" are asked to operated in villages of " difference sequence pattern" . With the rural reform and health reform in China, the states administrative power and the health management system suspend at towns level, which results in the invalidation of rural health management, and enhances the influence of " difference sequence pattern" . The present allocation of rural health human resources fail to take full account of this change of both patterns, thus leading to a series of incompatibility issues, and restricting the rational allocation of rural health human resource.关键词
