摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the effects of application of responsibility group nursing in psychiatric ward nursing management. Method; Taking 475 female inpatients of 2010 in hospital affiliated to Chongqing mental health center as the observation group, 470 female inpatients of 2009 as the control group. The responsibility group nursing mode was performed in observation group, traditional nursing mode was performed in control group. The quality of nursing and patients satisfaction were assessed by nursing group leader per one month in observation group. Results;Nursing service image, service attitudes, quality of the nursing service obviously improved in the observation group, patients comprehensive satisfaction was significantly increased from 89. 28% in 2009 to 95.92% in 2010 (P<0. 05). Conclusion; Responsibility group nursing mode has significant effects in psychiatric ward nursing management, and be worthy further discusses and promotion.关键词
