摘要
Abstract
Doctors'physical and mental health problems have always been ignored by society and even themselves. The bad health condition of clinical doctors has a negative influence on hospital and themselves. Main factors of influencing health of them are the professional intense competition, working environment, lacking of social support. Based on this, corresponding measures are put forward in this paper from different levels of thought, management , hospital, and society, in order to improve the physical and psychological health of clinicians and reduce their professional pressure.关键词
