摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the protective effect of hydroxysafflor yellow A (HSYA) freeze - dried powder on platelet activating factor(PAF) induced rat brain cortex mitochondria damage. Methods PAF as the inducing agent was adopted to perform the in vitro damage experiment of isolated rat brain cortex mitochondria. The injuried mitochondria were given HSYA for incubation. The mitochon-drial membrane fluidity, swelling and content change of SOD and MDA before and after experiment were observed. Results PAF could reduce the mitochondrial membrane fluidity, increase mitochondrial swelling, decrease the content of SOD and increase the content of MDA. After given different doses of HSYA,the mitochondrial membrane fluidity was increased,mitochondrial membrane swelling was decreased , SOD content was increased and MDA content was decreased. Conclusion PAF could impair the structure and function of rat brain cortex mitochondria, but HSYA freeze - dried powder has significant protective effect.关键词
