Abstract
Paper ash content is an important performance index. It can be detected with the X-ray ash sensor based on the Fe-55 radiation principle. Considering the effect of the dry fibers in the paper and moisture,with the analysis of measured basis weight and moisture content data,real ash content can be obtained by data processing and compensation,and this value can act as feedback value to compare with the given ash value so as to obtain the ash error which can be further used to regulate the filler valve opening,therefore ash content can be automatically controlled.关键词
