针灸治疗痛经的取穴组方规律与经验分析
Analysis of Acupoints Selection Regularity and Formula Rules of Dysmenorrhea Treated with Acupuncture and Moxibustion
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the acupoints selection regularity and formula rules for the treatment of dysmenorrhea according to experience statistics analysis. Methods:Selecting the articles from(1911 to 2011.10)of dysmenorrhea treated by acupuncture and moxibustion therapy from Chinese Journal Full - text Database ( CJFD) , the points used in the articles were analyzed by statistical methods. Results:In the 317 articles, there are 101 acupoints belonging to 13 different meridians and 194 prescriptions. However, only 11 acupoints are used more than 10% such as Sanyinjiao(SP6) ,Guanyuan (RN4) ,Zhongji (RN3) and so on. 71.29% prescriptions consist of less than five acupoints. Conclusion: Acupoints selection regularity and formula rules of dysmenorrhea is complex, but there is still a certain principle to follow.关键词
