Best floor area ratio of high density buildings based on rheological theory

摘要

Abstract

Based on the ideological properties of foundation soils, the land subsidence model of intensive high-rise buildings was established by FLAC30 software to study the pile force changes in the pile-raft foundation and regional land subsidence at different floor area ratios. The simulation results show that compared to the single building, piles mechanical properties are influenced by the other buildings, and the differences of piles stacked press and skin friction of piles are caused by the location of piles. The maximum influence scope of intensive buildings increases with the increase of the number of layers, and the building settlement is still the largest. In the condition of land subsidence controlled, the best building floor area ratio is 0.7-1.2.
