Study on Copolymerization of Nylon-6 Membrane with Acrylic Acid
摘要
Abstract
Using (NH4)2Ce(NO3)6/H2SO4 as initiator, acrylic acid (AAC) was grafted on Nylon-6 (N6) microporous membrane by chemical graft copolymerization reaction. The monomer AAC concentration, reaction temperature and mass proportion of crosslinker BIS on the grafting yield and the flux of membrane filtration were investigated. The results suggested that all the above factors have effects on the poly acrylic acid (PAAC) grafting yield and water flux. The optimal AAC concentration is 6 mg/mL, the best reaction temperature is 60℃ and the best mass percentage of BIS is 5% of the monomer.关键词
