摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Hose rrfhitrtion by retru^rade interlocking intramedullary nails in ihr treatment of Seinsheinicr typr. Ⅰ-Ⅴ distal immoral fracture. Methods From June 2007 to May 20111 27 cases of distal femoral fractures were treated by close reduction using retrograde interlocking inlramedullary nails under C arm X -ray machine and functional exercise were carried out early. Results Twenty-seven patients were followed up for 12 to 18 months (mean 12 months), all the 27 cases were achieved bony union and the average healing time was 12 weeks. According to AKS knee functional criteria: excellenl in 23 rases, good in 3 cases, fair in 1 case. The excellent and good rate was 96.3%. Ofniclusion CIowp rechntijon by ivlmgriule interlocking intramedullary naiis can provide strung internal iixation, if-ss bleeding, small trauma, less posloperdlive com plications, it is more beneficial to fracture healing and knee function recovery-, and is an effective rneihod for the treat mem of distal femural fracture,关键词
