Research Progress on Effect of Er Alloying in Magnesium Alloy
摘要
Abstract
The effect of rare earth erbium in magnesium alloys were studied. Rare earth erbium can not only purify metal melt and improve flame retardancy, but also improve mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. The improvement of comprehensive properties results from the refined grains and the improved morphology and amount of the Second phase. The effects of rare earth erbium on microstructure, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance of Mg-Al series and Mg-Zn series magnesium alloys are summarized.关键词
