摘要

Abstract

The welding repairing process for the crack of high pressure inner cylinder in ultra-supercritical steam turbine with ENiCrFe-1 welding rods was studied, and the composition, microstructure and performance of cylinder material (ZG14Crl MolVTiB)and weld metal were analyzed. The results show that taking the measurements of machining arc on the tip of the welding crack, improving welding process and whole heat-treatment after welding 'can solve the technical problems in crack's welding repairing with special block material, large rigidity and difficult welding repairing.
